As the time comes for Sheffield Cross links to close we want to thank you for your support and interest, which in many cases reaches back over the years – even as far as Mission Sheffield in 1985. 

 We praise God for His faithfulness and for the way different people have come forward to take on the work of SCL.  As we rejoice in the unfolding of a new season we hope you will pray for them and for the unity of the churches inSheffieldin the future.

Passing the baton on:

SCL – The charity will be held by a group of church leaders inSheffield, who will use the links and services of SCL for city needs. They will also hold details of all the Sheffield Prayer Link members and will contact intercessors across the city when prayer needs arises. The new chairman of The Charity will be Jon Watts, Senior Pastor at Rock Christian Fellowship

Plexus Magazine will continue production but with a new team of editors. Their plans for future issues are exciting and we hope to see a very useful ‘expanded’ tool for the churches in Sheffield. You can get in touch with the new editor via:  07785 283985

WE are delighted at the way the work of SCL has been ‘scattered abroad’ and we hope you will not only pray for the people taking on the responsibility of each SCL department,   but also, rejoice with us as this  new season unfolds.
